[Gen 4] HGSS PID PokeWalker Shiny Removal

I have been trying to find any information on which strand to edit the PID in HGSS to "remove" the shiny lock on the pokewalker/making the "encounters" randomized when transferring back to game. As I do not have an action replay to input codes to remove the shiny lock, I was going to edit the .sav in IMhex. If there is another way to remove the shiny lock on the pokewalker, assistance would be greatly appreciated

You can't remove the shiny lock just editing the save file

Do you have cfw on your 3ds?

Then you can use an app which will work as action replay

Which one is it, can I find it on universal updater or will I need to install a cia from pc
