Hi everyone, I need some help with the paintings reseeding method in pokemon emerald, does anyone know why it is impossible to reseed the 9a22 seed for a Docile 6iv pokemon ? Following this tutorial https://youtu.be/ydS9HLNmAog I achieved to reseed any pokemon on the searcher tab beside the Docile one and I don't know why (when I put the reseed of the original 9a22 seed in pokefinder the pokemon disappear unlike the others that stay) thanks !

Yes sorry I mean after I view the battle replay and the seed change
After the reseed, if I search the pokemon with the new seed, it disappear

Yes because when I watch the replay it reset my advances so it’s fine

I save in front of the bag (I do this for the starters), I view the video, my new seed is set, my advances are set to 0 and I juste wait until 2421 in front of the bag and voilà

The reseed changes to 9a22 yes
but your advances are restarted to 0
but they start to advance right when you interact with the painting
you have to save a BV and I dont think you have enough time? are you poisoned and warped to battle frontier pokemon center?

tbh I dont think you have enough time to save it, thats why when you input the current seed your target just wont appear
your seed is stored with your current advance on your BV

Normally, the seed that I obtain after watching the battle review (here ad885b0c), should still give me the pokemon in pokefinder, anyway it did with all others pokemon I caught
I did this with the 2 other starters, with Modest nature and it worked, but not with this Docile pokemon
