Desmume RNG Setup Help - Do I need the SID to make a new profile on RNG Reporter? | PokemonRNG | Page 1

I am new to gen 5 rng and emulator rng. I have rngreporter, desmume, lua script working (to grab the initial seed) and runasdate working just fine.

But when I try to use rngreporter in step 3 to find ds parameters after using the website to setup the parameters needed, (like the MAC address for desmume etc), I run the search and get nothing afterwards, as the bar doesn't fully reach the end. The send results to profile button also doesn't work, presumeably because I have yet to make a profile?
Do I need to get my TID and SID in there and setup a profile? Is it even necessary to get a shiny starter with specific ivs? I don't really know how to get the SID to fully setup the profile.

Bonus if there's any tips to make hunting shiny IVed Thundurus easier later on.

Managed to get the initial seed to show and the lua script to work. TID and SID displays.

Managed to get it to work on the x64 version, the dev version crashed. I have pokefinder and runasdate installed
