I made this same mistake before where I forgot to change the settings so just checking

also when you press your button on the start screen you have to make sure you hold it until the load screen appears and not just press it

Ok I did some more testing and had the same problem so I decided to expand my Advance and Seed range

Just have a question about RNG shiny starter in Fire Red now (trying to get a full collection of shiny starters FYI). If I use a virtual console of the game on my 2ds XL (used 'New Super Ultimate Injector' to get the ROM onto my home screen), what do I set my parameters to? i.e. what is my console, GBA, DS, 3DS?
