Ack sorry realized I left in some stuff in the screenshot, but the Luz script matches my rngreporter script, and after multiple different seeds the Rotom still isn’t shiny?

And i need TWO VERSIONS ONE FOR GEN 4 one for gen 3 bc on the older version which has gamecube seed finder and gamecube rtc CRASHES UPON SELECTING GEN 4 WILDS

AND THE NEWER VERSION DOESNT HAVE THE GAMECUBE RTC
