#B/W Gift Panpour RNG Help!

I have been trying to find a seed for a shiny Panpour from the gift in Dreamyard. I have searched from 2000-2033 and not found a seed. What am I doing wrong? I have watched im a blisy's video on gift Pokemon RNG and I have successfully RNG'd the starter and 5 wild Pokemon already.

I do realize that doing this via eggs later would be easier, but I am enjoying the challenge and want to get Pokemon to play through the game with. Just not sure why I can't get my seed for this Pokemon, or if I have done something wrong in RNG Reporter?

I want to say about 10-15 minutes. I am now at 2037... 😛

The one with the loading bar? It shows up and goes through what I am assuming are seeds. But the Found number alwasy stays at 0.

Only thing I can imagine is that the synchronize frames only checkbox may simply be broken

Is the encounter slot supposed to get set to 0 for gifts?

Is it supposed to be set to IV (Standard Seed)? blisy said that in his video but for the starters it was PIDRNG.

Found two seeds for Panpour now, but they are not amazing natures and can't be synced... 😛
