I've hit my initial seed too many times and for some reason Volcarona doesn't want to shine. the IDs are correct and i have my cute charm male lead as well. I've checked the frame I've hit and it had the right nature/IVs and I've hit the Bold Spread but nothing seems to hit the shiny frame. here's RNGReporter if you need something to look at

Use Rambo’s fork instead. Has many bug fixes and feature additions for gen 5
Notable changes include the IV frame being shifted down by 1 so you now search for an IV frame of 0 instead of 1.
And you now ALWAYS stop ON your target frame for gen 5 rngs, not 1 or any amount before your target frame
(Unless there’s interference such as NPCs ofc)
