Hi new to RNG.

I'd like to ask if what method do I use to RNG the mystery gifts I get from the guy at the pokemart.

The mystery gift are from Pokemon Ranger, like Shaymin, Darkrai and Deoxys. They're have random nature and IVs. I've tried using stationary and got the correct nature but wrong IVs.

I've RNG the Quiet nature (nature locked) Heatran and got the correct IVs.

Also how about the mystery gifts DNS exploit, how do I RNG them, same as stationary?
