im confused

So i followed lazyhunter's guide on rng manipulation

I did everything correct. The gen 3 seed assistant says that the frame that i hit is shiny. But the mudkip didn't shine although the nature and iv's matched. Pls help

how have you confirmed your tid/sid?

you either: 1. hit a nearby frame with the same stats and nature (doesnt appear to exist) or 2. hit the correct frame but your tid/sid are wrong so it isnt reporting shininess properly
