I wanted to get some starters and since the last time I rnged an egg in gen 4 PokeFinder has changed a lot and whenever I try to open PokeFinder 4.0.0 it closes itself
How am I supposed to fill this in nowadays? Is it still a two step process for IVs and the shinyness? I was planning to do it in Diamond but if thats much harder then it used to be in the past ill do it in HGSS

anyway you can do now it in a single single rng
or you can still do it separately, just rng as you did in the past
held advances are the advances to generate the egg, pickup is when you get it from the old man
nothing to difficult to compile, they're just ranges

put your current lcrng advances
as min in both boxes
leave the max as it is
increase the 30 if you don't find what you like
for seed, you can put the seed you find in researcher
in bot boxes
this should work
