On Pokémon Black I am trying to RNG on route 1 my target frame is 67. So I am using sweet scent on 66, and I have even tried 65, but when I go to verify which frame I have actually landed on, it is no where near where I should be.

Finally got it to work, just seems to be impossible on Route 1. Went to Route 2 and it worked. I used the Pokefinder Gen 5 beta as well.

I pressed a 2 behind the frame I needed because it is a noisy area on Route 3. Now here is one from the same route, I hit honey on frame 51 and landed on what appears to be frame 53, but again the PID's do not match.
