As per title. Doing PokeRadar RNG to obtain a Wobbuffet in Lake Valor (Slots 6, 7, 10, 11). As shown below in the images, I am in the right seed, hit the right frame and the right PID/IVs, but out came a Staravia instead. I had basically followed the '0-Chain case' from https://www.pokemonrng.com/dppt-pokeradar-rng . Repeated attempts came back with same result. What did I miss?

Two different methods for PokeRadar RNG

#

The most puzzling thing is, I used the PokeRadar, and stepped on the shaking tile. Wasn't the encounter table supposed to take Wobbuffet into account in that tile? Taking up slot 10 like in the table?

Avoid 0 chain case

#

I've removed it from the guide like yesterday

Lmfaooo Now it's gone for me.

Solved. 1-Chain method. On first radar encounter, soft reset until you encounter the same species you're looking for (this includes PokeRadar exclusive pokemons). This first process starts the chain, thus locking the next shaking patch to be your target species.

The pokerarad one

The 0 chain will still not work

Yeah

#

But this fork will be helpful for pokeradar anyway

Gimme 0 Chain 😦

@daring kraken No, I have not. I don't think I need to, though, mainly because I'm on emu (easier).
Just curious, how is the alternative fork different from the latest version (AdmiralFish)? Just in UI maybe? 'Cuz I did have to tweak some settings specifically for this, such as unchecking all encounter slots except for one, etc.

The build I told you will make things faster

You can't trigger the shiny patch automatically without the build I told you
