#[Gen 5] Tornadus Frame Delay?

Before I go for my roamer, does anyone know what the average frame delay is for Tornadus in Black? I know it's something super high because of the storm.

Unfortunately, I used my masterball on Kyurem (it matched, sue me) so capturing this guy to check his nature will be a pain. As such, I would like to gather information to streamline the process as much as possible.

I am using RNGReporter, if that helps.

I vaguely remember it being somewhere between 500-600. And if you want to make your life easier (trust me, you want to), you definitely need to get a Master Ball to check stats for your frame.

go to the last fight before winning the league. Hit the initial seed, fight the champ
