Pcalc and Pokereader are for cfw yes, your hardware (pokereader is the best). For emulator so you can save state and do some other stuff that would be more accuarate for your question, you have citrarng and pokereader (pokereader is much better imo) Citra doesnt requiere to much iirc? So phones can even run it

oh phones can run it? 3ds emulation must have gotten alot more optimized since I last checked. last I remembered you needed an above average pc. mine is about average. I'll test and see what happens.
