PLA: Help needed with ‘Lusamine’ setup to RNG manip. legendaries using LINQpad 7

Help, I’m following Billo’s guide for PLA cfw-less and it says I have to extract the "PKHeX.core.dll" in the "dll folder", but that file is missing in the latest version of PKHeX, so is this a problem or I can just proceed ignoring the file? Can someone give me solution to this?

If its a setup instruction it should not be ignored

Download PKHeX development build to get it, as per the hyperlink

Yeah that’s what I did, but inside the PKHeX (23.10.11) folder the file I mentioned is missing

You don't click the red hyperlink if that's what you mean

You click the button that says Download this file

Thanks, I understood now and solved the problem!

I extracted the PKHeX’s zip folder and by doing that I couldn’t find the file because there was just the app inside. Opening the zip folder instead made me find the required file. 👍

After pressing f4 in LINQpad 7 I do this

Then this

And then I click ‘ok’ to close the window and do this next 👇

After changing the language setting I go to the Lusamine’s guide and get the raw code and copy it

Then I paste it into the main window of LINQpad 7
