I am trying to get the story mode Latias in Alpha Sapphire. I am using pokereader and 3DSRNGTool. I am choosing Hoenn Legendary, I am freezing when the game tells me to hold out my hand, and when I get to the target frame, I hold A. The PSV, nature, nothing matches up with what 3DSRNGTool is saying.

Well I just found another thread that said that Advances = Frame
The original thread I found kept referring to MT Advances.

So I paused and advanced until I got to 17886 "MT Advances" and then held A. As you can see the nature, stats, PSV and Hpower do not match

According to 3DSRNGTool repo, you get the pokemon when the screen says "xxx joined your team!"
So I freeze the game right before that moment, which is when it says "Go on. Hold out your hand to it."
Then I advanced the "MT Advances" until it matched the "Frame" column in the highlighted row in 3DSRNGTool.
Then I held A to obtain the pokemon

The 2nd image is the moment before I pressed A to obtain the pokemon, showing the MT Advances field at 17886.
The 3rd image is showing the details of the pokemon and how they do not match

filter for it the same way you filtered for your target
you can enter all of the ivs of the Pokémon you got into the iv range filters
and it will only show results with those ivs

Thank you so much! So I just did it again. Went for frame 10824, and then the one I got was frame 11110. So that means I need to update my delay to 286?

Yes. It is when it says to hold your hand out to it. Once you press A there it says that Latias has joined your team.

Yea I was going off of that but I misunderstood. I thought you had to pause and press a to receive the pokemon at that screen. I didnt realize you got the pokemon AFTER pressing a on that screen.
