Trying to make lower-tier cardinals have a better niche or compete with strong cardinals (like aura gavel and sports drink) without nerfing cardinals too much :D

RED
Rusty Pipe - Gives a small healing effect (much like Smacky's "Repair Team", but not as strong as the upgrade itsself, probably 1-2 hp a tick.)

Blurry Photo - Less of a nerf on the second vessel, it's not as valueable as permanent stats from sports drink or using any other method of damage/econ from the cardinal.

BLUE
Frail Titan - Can affect units, but at a much lesser rate, tower explosion radius buff and slightly less hp taken (A T5 Sno sno wall literally had 50 hp lol.)

Same Day Shipping - Can give a small amount of aura (at most 15 each) depending on how fast you clear the tide.

Wave Breaker - Allow it to also reduce attack of enemies so they obliterate the basin less often from using this cardinal to the extent it wants.

YELLOW
Starter Seeds - Rework kind of, from tides 1-10 it gives 0.1 to an ore, then 0.2 from tides 11-20, then 0.3 tides 21-30 (wave type would not affect this.) In order to make it feel like the late game econ cardinal, and allow the yellow coin to be the early game econ cardinal, differentiating their niches more.

Pig Named Bank - Tower can ramp up in sell value based on how long it's been placed for. 1-9 tides same amount as usual, but after 10 tides of being on the map, the sell value the cardinal gives increases 1.5x more, so 2% would be 3% a tide.

Chimera Crystals - Fix it's bug, otherwise it's fine and a neat option for some maps.

GREEN
Kippy - atk spd buff is permanent, even if vessel drowns, possibly less casts needed for buff(?)

Beast Tassle - Make it toggleable from basin! Would allow you to kite enemies away on certain tides and then have it as a option for later! I hate this cardinal because it feels like too much of a commitment to one strategy!

Regarding Rusty Pipe: I think it would be funny if it gave all towers a slight bleed effect, like how a rusty pipe could be hazardous in real life

I think Starter Seeds is in a REALLY strong position already, I'd just be happy if it doesn't get nerfed.

Blurry Photo..What if it was like a mirror image spell? Giving you 3 invulnerability dodges on the clone that had a 60 second cooldown? Maybe that's too complicated. Kinda like beast tassle except fully targetable with dodges

I like the rusty pipe idea but it would have to give more stats rather than heal, and you would have to play a vessel with a decent heal so the tower doesn't die (decay is always really cool though)

I wanted to shift starter seeds into the more lategame cardinal, not a nerf really, but a power shift to late game for some less early game econ
