make the menu key keyblindable and add an option to hide the bottom left ui by using a keyblind

when playing convoys, you can sometimes accidentally hit the menu button by using its keyblind or shooting an enemy. allow people to keyblind the menu key, so people dont accidentally hit it. the way i played this game its using my left ring finger on the left shift key since i have long fingers. the rest is usually normal stuff. additionally, make an option, where you can hide the bottom left ui to avoid accidents.
