i just lost my character who was lv 16 this afternoon when i went in to play i started up the game as usual and ended up with a lv one char that showed up instead of my lv 16 character so i follow what it says re loded the game and boom now my data is gone and im a freash new face out of nowhere then waited a couple of hours and came back and it never fixed the issue please help
