The blue patterned decoration on the outside has a gap between it and the grey box, it’s a weird direction to get unstuck from there and you might need a lure to make it work. With a lure and some patience you can almost always unstick yourself due to how it wildly catapults you for a short distance, or that it lets you jump in a game that really wasn’t planned around players having the ability to jump
