make it cost 5000 flux or something, and make it unable to be bypassed by the forge tickets. and make it only available in apartment or something, something for the endgame players to play around with

or make it an NPC in the junction that does it for 150 credits, or make it cost 2 true afflictions or something, make some way for quirks to be removed pls i beg i need this we all do

putting it in the junction makes sense. Make it a challenge option before the heart "boss fight" where you have to kill at least 10 or 15 enemies and all of them are either tempered or enraged for the whole fight, so it's like an actual challenge. Afterwards when you interact with the exit, a prompt comes up where it says something along the lines of "a piece of the heart survived. It has enough power and is dense enough with flux to be able to remove a quirk." Then you get a menu to select to remove a single quirk from single gun

this could work in lore as say the heart is the only thing powerful enough and closely affined with flux that it and only it could do such a feat
