since i couldnt open the big gate i thought we were supposed to open that but it cant be opened

you should be able to open it, yeah. is this still happening? if it is still happening, can you take a picture of the dev console (/console in chat or f9 on keyboard) and the popup from typing !reporterrors in chat the next time you come across it?
