Description: Granny V's necklace is supposed to stun enemies that hit me but I end up getting stunned for like 2 seconds when the necklace takes effect which got me killed in just the 3rd region

do you happen to have a melee weapon with Counter?
if so, that's the problem/bug
dont get caught in a hazard with that weapon up, or you'll die
instantly.
