I didn't spend a ton of time on it, so it's probably easy to send the default music somewhere else or divert back to the asset bundle or make it reload default bundle again after boss end trigger or whatever
FSMs are just a nightmare
I think the music all gets loaded into the same "slot" and played from there
because the boss music I put in was being played as the BGM instead when I went back to the general greenpath area
so I would just need to like, load the BGM back in

so just need to fix that

Anyway, the Inferno King bug is that, for whatever reason, he takes 2 hits when struck with a nail art, making him die REALLY FAST because that's 100 damage a hit against 1300 HP.

It takes folders with animations in, like those produced by godump, and makes them into that wacky sprite sheet

Tje danger is that your additions will jitter back and forth in animations. Since doing it with spritepacker has you editing each sprite as an individual png and you can easily play that back as an animation with your art program of choice, you can catch and fix jitter

for future reference, I think it's that they had a sprites folder, but it was arranged wrong somehow, which makes the program crash silently
@severe quartz @indigo bluff Looks like you guys were having trouble opening SpritePacker earlier - we may have found a solution. Try removing the sprites folder from saves and opening the program. If that works, you just have to make sure that when you put a sprite folder in saves, the file path for each individual sprite looks something like C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\LocalLow\Team Cherry\Hollow Knight\sprites\Knight\001.Idle\001-00-007.png

@near jolt you're all in your own world, with separate instances of it. you can only interact with your own world, and things you do in your own world will not affect other players. what other players do in their world will also not affect your world. items do not transfer between worlds. meaning, if you pick up an item, that only affects you, not anyone else. same goes for the other way around. if you put on a randomizer, it will most likely only randomize your world and not affect anyone else's world. the multiplayer functionality currently includes:
- being able to see each other
- being able to hit each other if pvp is turned on
that's basically it and honestly it's unlikely any more progress will be made since the creator of multiplayer has left the server for unknown reasons
