Naah I think it's a spear side boss. I think you can skip it but I don't think My mindset can. He is the boss where you have to use your fly to stop the Lazers, then there are two samurai. After that you connect the bridge and that enemy comes in. You can unlock the elevator behind him to unlock the short cut.

I am confident I can defeat Lost Lace and Seth easily now. But Honestly Karmelita is scary. She took me 2 days to beat. Issue she got me scared to the exoskeleton. Because she was soooo tanky and her aoe was insane. Wanderers was a really good counter to her though.
