I had the same problem too. my fix is simply try to eat until I want to puke out every meal. Maybe a week or two for my body to adjust to the higher calorie intake, and then it got easier afterward. I've gained 5kg within 2-3 months of excessively shoving foods into my mouth, and hitting gym 4 days/week.
