The feeling of getting consistent enough to beat every boss ina row is much different than beating every boss individually, that's because it's the main focus on the pantheons, they're all about consistency and the end bosses of the pantheon are really hardest part or the "main course"

whats fun for me is playing p5 all bindings on my nintendo switch with one controller periodically turning off just for the added difficulty, while also having my monitor be 30 feet away, inverted in color, at an angle of about 72 degrees and having the lights flash constantly (im epileptic and the threat of a seizure makes the game more enjoyable for me personally, because otherwise its tooe asy) , but i dunno, i guess for you since you just picked up the game on steam winter sale 3 days ago, its not so simple. I think the biggest turn around in skill is once you get to the 2000 hour mark, from there is where you can start getting really comfortable with the tech and you can start experimenting with different controller types and having different areas of your monitor turn off mid game and using difficulty mods.
