I would recommend damage charms like Unbreakable Strength because of some parts where you can absolutely get punished for slow play, like the sections without floors and the box section.

You COULD try and use some healing charms like shape of unn or unbreakable heart but it generally isn't needed, unless you take damage alot.

Nail Arts could also be useful.

Use a mage build. Colosseum is a really harsh endurance run to rely on just your nail for when abyss shriek with shaman stone can kill just about anything that could feasibly give you trouble in 1 cast
