Be ready to move back when fighting him, as he moves around a lot and can catch you off guard. You should heal after he does the second jump when he jumps twice, as the second jump will ALWAYS be in the middle. You can sneak a few more heals in with shape of unn if you have to. Finnaly, I would recommend using mark of pride during this fight as it gives tremendous range that can really help. Fragile/Unbreakable Strength can also help with killing him faster.
