my laptop's screen is 240 hz and I got a 4070, 120 fps makes the game run at half the speed so I had to use 240

60 would be too little

and for 240 fps the 1% lows were at 160 or so (sometimes higher) so I had some shutters that killed me a bunch

doing radiant absrad and suddenly the game teleports me a little to the left and has an attack that I could have reacted to and dodged hit me instantly

literally suffering from success

lowering resolution made the problem appear far less frequently so I was able to play normally
