Chill Dough: Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dough for at least 20 minutes to firm it up, making it easier to handle.
Shape & Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop or roll the chilled dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between them. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers remain slightly soft.
Decorate: Let the cookies cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, drizzle generously with melted white chocolate for a striking contrast, or use the white chocolate as a filling between two cookies to create sandwich cookies.
