Well then, lets speedrun this: Radiance is God, Mothfolk are followers, a big worm sjows up, transforms into small bug impostor named Pale King, PK from now. Makes dumb bugs smart bugs and builds Kingdom. Radiance gets ghosted, becomes jealous and makes big, bad infection. PK does not like infection, because it makes smart bugs dumb bugs again. He makes many much babies with his wife, the white tree lady, gives them a quick void therapy, picks the one with the least amount of mind to think, calls him the Hollow Knight and just leaves all 999999 others behind. Father of the year. Raises him as infection vessel and seals him under the guard of 3 dreamers (with one of them he has to make another child as payment, bug stuff I guess). But because he loves his Hollow Knight too much, the oh so perfect mind becomes overcome by a tad bit of stupid love and ruins the whole plan. Now the HK is breaking down, and you get introduced to the game start.
