If he falls from the floor, do not panic. If you look up just react accordingly cause he can fall from one of three places - to your left, to to your right, or the middle. Or alternatively you can do descending dark to just iframe through it

For the minions, extinguish them immediately so you don’t have to multitask

it's really just about surviving till phase 2 and getting him in the right position for Shrieks

here's what i do:
when he does the 3x combo, let him attack 2 times, then hit him once before he does the spinny wheel, then hit him twice
for the jump, hit him after he attacks and then once more
when he does cyclone slash you should only pogo him once then get out of the way
for dash slash just jump or ddive before he attacks, it's easily choreographed from him jumping to the nearest corner no matter where he does
and for great slash just go away from him

for charms i recommend strength, quick slash, longnail and mark of pride even for radiant, ofc if u want you can throw in a 1notch charm

for the final phase stay about 2-3 knight-heights away from a wall, and dash away when he gets close to you, then you can hit him with ur nail once or twice if you're fast

to be honest, i also think the vessels are genderless, simply because they don't seem to engage in communication and have internal dialogue in general, so any completed idea of gender would have to come from the outside, and i doubt PK decided to put HK in a classroom to teach them about gender expression
