you can pretty easily get a heal after the beam burst

usually healing during the last wave of an attack will let u do one heal, while healing a bit earlier lets u heal more however u will have to predict where the next wave of the burst will go beforehand
thats easy tho, since the swords will be in between where the previous one was, and for the beam burst, standing just right of the first wave will generally result in not being hit, meaning you can often heal 3 times during the beam burst

If he teleports on the ground, hit him and jump to avoid the orbs
If he is in the air move left and right and up slash him if you get the chance
Also the general idea is that you focus on dodging first, and only attack when you have a chance to do it safely
Also idk if you know about this but when he does the dive attack in the second phase if you jump it's easier to avoid because the hitbox is much wider on the ground
