i remember going through hel during the part where you're trying to cure atreus's illness and the bridge keeper or whatever its name was is hyped up the whole time, but when you get to it it's just yet another reskin of the literal first boss of the game

the sheer amount of reskinned trolls in gow 2018 is ridiculous

there were still reskinned bosses in ragnarok but it wasn't just one being reskinned over and over and none of them were framed as important bosses in the build-up to them
