ive found that those hearts only help with pure vessel

unless you do her no damage, then they halp with abs rad too

but not that much unless you do the first phase no damage too

then they really help

its cause after the first phase of abs rad you have a massive time window to heal up to 6 hp

but the help you get with pure vessel is still massive

they do help with a bit of speed in like sections 2-4ish so you don't have to worry about healing (I'm way too concerned with healing lmao)

Deep focus makes you heal for double each time,and quick focus cancels pretty much its disadvantage,so you can basically heal 2 in normal time,shape of unn combos with quick focus sk you move faster in it for easier dodging in some parts
Spore shroom is just like extra damage if you spam heal
Grubsong basically makes you a tank if you keep healing

The main downside is that fights take longer
