its incredibly easy to take a step away from the final flame pillar and heal, its very easy to jump over the 1st firebat and heal, its easy to dash away from his lunge and heal 1-2 times, etc.
for all of these healing opportunities its a small jump, a single dash, or a few small steps. idk how that is too dangerous
