in general I would say, only heal if you have Quick Focus and/or if there's only one of them

aside from that the biggest thing you can do is keep from getting pinned between them -- that's where it's easy for things to get out of control very fast

Stay one side of the arena, if you end up in between them, dive before getting hit then dash away, heal when they do their watcher knights swing bs, use shade soul

You can also heal when mato used cyclone slash

You can dreamnail both Oro and mato during mato's spawning animation to get soul
