So here is my idea for tackling P5
My charm loadout will be strength, heart, mark of pride, and quick slash. That leaves me with 11 health plus the lifeblood boost. When I get to the bench before markoth and GPZ, I will switch out quickslash for shaman stone to deal with markoth’s second phase easier. Going into markoth and GPZ with 11 hitpoints and 5 lifeblood hearts, I should have 16 health to tank both of them. Hopefully that should be enough.

If there’s anything you think I should change up let me know and I’ll see if I’ll go with that
