slow developement times (they promised 1.0 back in 2020, and took them 3 months to add 3 weapons, then save to quit features went from "Oh its part of the design actually" to suddenly "Ok well be honest, we just didnt know how to program it correctly" and spent like 5 months on that

and some systems are tedious as fuck

for example the injury system sounds nice on paper but that means youll end up using 10 splints just to mend broken bones every few hits
