Strength is amazing but if your 10 good reasons are "1. Kills enemies faster, 2. Helps speedrun bosses, 3. Helps with Colosseum 3" you just said the same thing three times, for one function
All I can say is 1. stagger reduction (I guess) 2. doesn't cost 4 notches like other charms and 3. the distance can sometimes help
