Celsius is based on water from freezing to boiling, Fahrenheit was salt water. But (here's a tip) the way you measure Fahrenheit is taking it like a percentage. 20% hot is very cold, 70% hot is warmer, 110% hot we're all dead

I think of Fahrenheit as kinda like a percentage meter (10 degrees = 10% hot, ie cold, 90 degrees = 90%, ie really hot) and I think it’s intuitive that way

Fahrenheit has been defined relative to Celsius officially. Celsius has been defined relative to the plank length I believe, which is a constant. Both are now grounded so should have no flaws.
