One of the things I'm sure will change between normal mode and Silk Soul mode is slightly different boss fights.
What I mean is that some bosses could have more attacks and possibly even an entire new phase, just like Re-logic did with expert mode in Terraria.
I'm also thinking they're going to add a slightly different ending to the game for Silk Soul mode players.
