He also has supernatural strength like infected, with the big discrepancy being agility, although this can be accounted for by it being a more benign thing. If the HB isn't fighting for control or whatever, could be easier to take advantage of physical enhancements. Plus it would just be a cool way to make the universe seem more well-defined, as this would just be a sort of consistent rule

Rad does it by force, but there's really no reason to suspect that a dream-manipulating HB and a bug couldn't agree on some sort of arrangement

plus it would be a neat callback to the first game without breaking immersion
