One thing I like about Calamity is it kind of incentivizes you to pick a class and stick with it throughout the game due to armor sets and weapons being very class specific in nature and there being a lot of cool accessories that benefit each class. Helps that the treasure bag at the start gives you a weapon for every class too.

Onion, sausage, feta, minced garlic with salt and pepper, I put the sausage to reduce some of its fat as the heat built up then once it reduces a bit I put the garlic with a bit olive oil to give them the garlic's taste then cooked the onions until the became like wet noodles and at the end I added the feta and egg so that the feta doesn't melt that much and then flip once it solidified enough (although I failed the flip )
