atm a lot of people feel like parry just happens out of chance

like youre not intentionally parrying, but rather it just that you timed your attack

First of all, I havent heard that and I think it would be an unnecessary addition but I am not a game designer so I will not say something about that, if there is one and u dont have a controller just press up and left at the same time for example, also many games have a function where u can make the character stay still while attacking but is mostly for 2d shooters

yeah I have 100% achievements and beat ng+++ with all bindings

the game is imo the second best metroidvania, just after hk

has lots of content, a parry system pretty satisfactory....

the game isnt that hard, I would say as hard as hk but on a different way

the bosses are half good af, half meh? But the meh bosses arent boring, is just like... a more crazy style of combat, with more unpredictable things that makes u decide to just spam attack whenever u can, I think it more like grey prince zote

the art direction is a 10/10

and... thats it

the map is huge... the movement is limited and it follows more the castlevania part than the metroid one but I will tell u from the beggining: Do not expect huge movement upgrades

the game is more like a souls and a key-system metroidvania than an ability system metroidvania
