Its meant to be this way: U have to log in your steam account or your familiars computer, then for example install a game thats only yours, then log out of your account, then your friend logs in with its account and when trying to play the game of your library that they have downloaded it will say something like "borrow", idk the exact word in english, but then when thats clicked you will receive an email saying "this computer asks for your library", you click yes and then your friend can download every game in your friends/familiar library. Clearly you cannot "log in in your friends computer" if its not someone you know or something like that, so in that case you have to give them your password... Anyways you can add extra security with the... Idk the name in english but a steam code that only arrives to your phone that is required in case of any important action like logging in.
