What is Real is whatever the true form or structure of reality is, fully out of the scope of what we can see, measure and imagine etc etc. I try to avoid saying if I think something is real or not, because it's not something anyone can have authority on.
I use the word "exist" if something is measurable and visible, if it is as far as we can prove, real. So, if something is not measurable and not visible in any way, I would say that it does not exist. so I would say that life after death does not exist, god does not exist, ghosts do not exist, and souls do not exist. But, all of those things might be real. I don't know, no one can if it can't be proven to exist.
