I know some games that have VR compatibility and this doesn't change anything on mouse / keyboard, that's the examples I took. Not talking about code, just talking about how well it implements into the game's mechanics. Like I've done the whole The Talos Principle game with keyboard and mouse, then switched to VR and It was still good. But yeah you don't need to use guns or whatever it's still relatively simple and slow-paced, so maybe in an Half-life type of game this would make a huge difference of experience
