Another reason why TC won't touch on endings is that none of them have realistic and necessary relevance to SS whatsoever, and since SS is being designed with the intent of being a comparable experience to HK from the perspective of new players they're not going to narratively depend on knowledge from the first game, so not only is there no reason to include any reference to any ending, it would actively be detrimental to the intended experience
